If you ordered via same-day delivery, please refer to the delivery schedule below:
Please note: If your order is placed and paid for after the final cut-off for the day, it will be delivered in the first delivery wave the following day. If you would prefer a later delivery, please reach out when you place your order.
Live tracking is not currently available for our Same Day Delivery service. However, you will receive a text/call 15 minutes in advance to notify you of the pending delivery.
CANADA POST - MAIL ORDER
Mail orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of receiving payment. You'll receive your tracking information by email after it has shipped. Once Canada Post has scanned your package, you will start to see tracking updates.
Please note: we have no further information on the whereabouts of your package other than what is currently displayed on the tracking page -- what you see, what we see, and what Canada Post sees is all the same information.
Sometimes, there may be a delay in Canada Post scanning your package. However, if you have received your tracking number, this means your package is on the way, and you should see tracking updates as the package reaches its next checkpoint.
