Mail order and delivery delay
At Fraser Valley Buds, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We offer two types of delivery options: Canada Post and local delivery.
CANADA POST
Orders shipped with Canada Post usually take around 6 business days to arrive, but sometimes they can experience delays. To stay updated on any service alerts, check out their website here.
If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, please contact our live agents, and we will investigate the issue for you. However, please note that Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system, and tickets are processed in the order they are received.
