Once you've completed your payment, it can take up to 40 minutes for us to receive it. Interac may hold your funds, in which case the payment shows as "pending" in your online banking until it clears.
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email confirming the deposit, and your order status changes to Processing.
- Shipped orders (Canada Post or other carriers): orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment.
- Same-day delivery: for the payment cut-off, delivery window and zones, see Same-day delivery.
Tracking: once your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking number by email. Follow it at ParcelTracks. It works with Canada Post and other carriers, including same-day delivery.
Please note: there's no need to tell us you've paid. You'll get an email confirmation once your order moves into Processing.
